Reviewer Andrew Quint of The Absolute Sound said of the original Level 2 Bi-Wires:

"I began my listening with the jumpers in place, utilizing my usual ($3,600) Transparent Ultra (Generation 5) speaker cables. The only bi-wire set I own are the outrageously overachieving AntiCables Level 2 model ($164 for a six-foot pair!) and I was more than a bit surprised at the improvement I heard in transparency, dynamic nuance, and soundstage continuity when I substituted them for the Transparent cables."

    Real Customer Testimonials:

"Dear Sirs, yesterday I have got the Level 2 bi-wiring cables. After a few hours it was clear that it sounds better than my 2,700 EUR ($3,200) Vovox Textura cable with my ($16,000) Tannoy Kensington GR speakers. Thank you,"

      • Banana BFA style Z-Plugs made of Gold Plated Beryllium Copper (not Brass), add $10/four
      • Medium Sized Copper Spades (.430" wide) for Barrier Strip Screw Terminals (older ARC amps and Vandersteen speakers)

      Configurations:

      • The standard Bi-Wire configuration is to have all 4 wires woven together
      • There is the option to have a "True-Bi-Wire" configuration. If this option is selected, there will be two twisted (+)/(-) wire pairs coming from each pair of spades (or bananas) at the amplifier end. Keeping each pair truly separate from each other is recommended by Richard Vandersteen for his Bi-wireable speakers.

      Upgrade Paths:

      • For the very best, Bi-Wire using our Level 3.1 Speaker Wires.
