We want you to be confident in your purchase. ANTICABLES products are designed to be evaluated in your own system so you can determine how they perform in your listening environment.
Please review the guidelines below for returns, upgrades, and product evaluation.
In-Home Evaluation
ANTICABLES products include an in-home evaluation period.
- Standard ANTICABLES products: 30-day return window
- ZERO Autoformers: 60-day return window
If a product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within the applicable evaluation period for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- All returns must receive prior authorization.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Products must include all original packaging and accessories.
- Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Upgrade Program
ANTICABLES supports system upgrades as your audio system evolves.
60-Day Upgrade Guarantee
If you upgrade to a higher-level ANTICABLES product within 60 days of purchase, you will receive 100% credit toward the upgrade of equal or greater length.
Long-Term Upgrade Credit
After the initial 60 days, customers may still upgrade and receive 50% credit of the original purchase price toward a product in the same category.
